New York, 4 December 1932 My dearest Annerl! Today I spent a lot of time thinking about how to make our Spanish trip a reality. The hope of taking such a long and unhurried journey through Spain with you is so enticing that I will do everything in my power to make it happen in the spring if at all possible.
