Indikatoren zur Messung von fragiler Staatlichkeit oder Einzelfallanalysen reichen bei der zunehmenden internationalen Bedeutung fragiler Staaten nicht mehr aus. Dieses Projekt erarbeitet eine datengestützte Typologie fragiler Staaten, deren Einheiten nicht Idealtypen, sondern real auffindbare „Problemcluster“ sind.
