Im kleinen Ort Reykholt, etwa 100km von Reykjavik entfernt, am sogenannten Golden Circle befindet sich das kleine Restaurant Friðheimar. Wobei Restaurant trifft es nur bedingt, denn eigentlich handelt es sich hier um einen landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb der mit Hilfe von Gewächshäusern und der Kraft der Erde erfolgreich Tomaten züchtet – mit angehängtem Restaurant.
